DC’s Restaurant Week is Coming: 5 Things You Should Know
Did anyone know there’s a snowstorm coming? It’s not exactly breaking news, similarly the fact that restaurant week kicks off in a couple days shouldn’t be either.
Here’s a look at 5 things we think you need to know for Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week, next week:
- Restaurant Week will run from January 25 – 31. Prepare yourself for 3-course lunch menus ($22) and dinner menus ($35) at some 250 area favorites.
- Do you want to win a prize? Those who make reservations through RMDMV.com and opt to receive the emails are automatically entered to win prizes. Prizes include a local weekend getaway at a top hotel with dining packages, tickets to the 2016 Rammy Awards, and a Valentine’s Day package and gift certificates for local dining establishments.
- Some restaurants are extending the length of restaurant week and celebrating through February 11. The Majestic and Lena’s Wood-Fired Pizza & Tap will both be part of this group.
- 1789 Restaurant is offering their Short Rib along as part of their menu. Rasika Penn Quarter will have an Avocado Puri (spiced avocado, roasted cumin, and date tamarind chutney) with theirs. Both of these items caught our attention. Avocado?? Sign us up.
- Use social media? Share your dining experiences using #RWDMV #DineOutEatUp and tag @RAMWdc.
Eat at up and let us know where you went!
