We’re only a week into 2015 and already there are plenty of things to do around town. This weekend the DC Shorts LAUGHS is a must, pairing DC short films with the area’s top comedians on January 9th and 10th.

DC Shorts, which has been called the “Coolest short film festival” by Movie Maker Magazine, returns to DC for another year with this two day special event. Each film runs 90 minutes and has been previously shown at the DC Short Films Festival giving those who missed last year’s event a second viewing opportunity.

When: January 9th and 10th, each night will feature an early and late show
Where: Navy Memorial Burke’s Theater
Cost: $20 for day passes, or $30 for the entire weekend
Additional: Laughs Bar will be serving beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
