Now that Christmas is behind us it’s time to solidify those New Year’s Eve plans. Just like other times during the holiday season there are several restaurants and bars hosting special events and menus for your memorable night.

Here’s a list of some we’d recommend:

Where: City Perch
Highlights: The three-course prix fixe menu ($65 for adults and $25 for children) stays true to the restaurant’s rustic roots and comes complete with bubbles, bread, and butter.

Where: Redline DC
Highlights: Redline is hosting their New Year’s Eve party from 9pm-3am for $60 a person. An open bar is included from 9pm-11pm along with hors d’oeuvres and a free Champagne toast at midnight.

Where: Tico
Highlights: Starting at 9pm, a special tasting menu will be available fro $65, which includes a glass of Cava at midnight. The menu includes Tico’s Mac and Cheese as well as a Homemade Chorizo with chimichurri.

Where: Capitol City Brewing Company (DC and Shirlington locations)
Highlights: Celebrating from 10pm-2pm with drink specials, a midnight toast, music, and TV coverage from around the world.

Where: 2941 Restaurant
Highlights: For $95 a person, you can enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu that includes Lobster Ravioli, Duck Trio, and a Chocolate Baked Alaska. Seating is available from 5pm-10:30pm.

Where: Water & Wall
Highlights: For $65 a person, Water & Wall is offering a four-course prix fixe menu from 5pm-11pm, which includes their most popular dishes from 2014. Thai Style Catfish, Duck Leg Confit, and a Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart highlight this tour of 2014 favorites.

Where: Maple Ave Restaurant
Highlights: For $59, Maple Ave Restaurant is offering a three-course prix fixe menu from 5pm-10:30pm. Menu highlights include a Sweet Potato Pasta, Hudson Valley Duck Leg Confit, and Chocolate Dumplings.

Where: The Pig
Highlights: A four-course prix fixe menu (4 menus to choose from) is being offered for $50 ($70 with wine options) until midnight on New Year’s Eve. 1965 and Supper were the two menus that grabbed our attention.

Where: The Heights
Highlights: For $42/$58 with a bottle of wine, a three-course prix fixe menu is being offered with items from both the regular menu along with the specials. The Heights will stay open until 1am, which gives you a chance to stay and celebrate the clock striking midnight.

Where: Logan Tavern
Highlights: For $47/$62 with a bottle of wine, a three-course prix fixe menu will be offered that allows you to mix and match between items on the regular menu with additional special items. Logan Tavern will remain open until 1am.

Where: Grillfish
Highlights: For $50/$67 with a bottle of wine, a three-course prix fixe menu will allow customers to mix and match between items on the regular menu and additional special items prepared for the night. Grillfish will remain open until 1am.

Where: Commissary
Highlights: For $35/$49 with a bottle of wine, a three-course prix fixe menu will allow you to choose items from both the regular menu along with specials to mix and match for your meal. Commissary will be open until 1am.

Where: Rosa Mexicano
Highlights: With a prix fixe menu for $45 ($25 for “Free Flowing Bebidas” with a 2-hour limit), guests will also celebrate with a live DJ and party favors. Don’t forget to have their great guacamole!

Where: 1789 Restaurant
Highlights: The seasonal a la carte menu will be available, in addition to a six-course tasting menu for $125, with wine options for an additional $50. The menu will be offered from 5pm-1am, with the last reservations being available at 11pm.

Where: Nage Bistro
Highlights: A $65 four-course prix fixe menu, is being offered from 5:30pm-11pm along with Champagne toast at midnight. Brunch will be available on New Year’s Day from 11am-2:30pm. There’s a mouthwatering 45 Day Dry Aged Beef Loin on the menu, then some Sweet Potato Doughnuts to cap off the meal.

Where: Blue Duck Tavern
Highlights: A $120 four-course menu will be available from 5:30pm-11pm, giving diners a chance to choose from several chef specials and a Champagne toast for the table. In the lounge, for $185 guests can enjoy an open bar and specialty cocktails from 9pm-2am.

Where: Ardeo+Bardeo
Highlights: The three-course prix fixe menu is available for $65, and includes the likes of Duck Breast, Beef Tartare, and a Snickers Crumble for dessert. The menu runs from 5pm-11pm and includes a Champagne toast at midnight.

Where: Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar
Highlights: Two seating options accompany your visit on New Year’s Eve starting with the crowd between 4pm-8pm, who will receive an a la carte menu full of tapas style portions. The 9pm-10pm diners will have the opportunity to try a five-course prix fixe menu for $99, that includes both a Champagne toast at midnight and several party favors through the evening.

Where: City Tap House DC
Highlights: From 6:30pm-9pm diners can partake in a three-course prix fixe menu for $70, that includes a complimentary glass of Champagne. You can also participate in the late night celebration with tickets starting at $40 (for premium open bar from 10pm-midnight), or $100 (open bar and dinner). A New Year’s Day brunch will be offered from 11am-3pm.

Where: Copperwood Tavern (Shirlington)
Highlights: For Virginia diners looking for New Year’s Eve plans, Copperwood Tavern will be offering a four-course prix fixe menu for only $59.99, from 5pm-1am. The Stout Brownies and Bison Meatballs look to be some can’t miss items. There a la carte brunch will be available on New Year’s Day from 10am-4pm.

Where: Second State
Highlights: If you’re looking for one of the best deals in DC for your New Year’s Eve plans, this may be what you’re looking for. From 5pm-1am Second State will be offering a four-course prix fixe menu for $69.99, that includes an open bar until midnight. This is a great opportunity to try out the Pennsylvania-themed farm to table restaurant.

Where: Ulah Bistro
Highlights: We love their brunch and think this dining option is eye-opening. From 5pm-midnight, Ulah Bistro will be offering a three-course prix fixe menu for $100 per couple. Menu items include Brussels Sprouts Salad and a Dry Aged Prime Rib, both look incredible for celebrating the New Year.

Where: Station 4
Highlights: The three-course prix fixe menu is available for $65, from 5pm-11pm. Diners will enjoy items from the Roasted Chestnut Soup to the Double Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart.

Where: The Bombay Club
Highlights: The early crowd can seat from 5:30pm-7:30pm, and will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu for $50. While the next crowd will seat between 8pm-11pm, and will enjoy a five-course prix fixe menu for $75 with a Champagne toast at midnight.

Where: Rasika
Highlights: A three-course menu is available from 5:30pm-8pm for $55 or with wine pairings for $85.  A four-course menu is available from 8pm-close, the menu will cost $85 and can include the wine pairing option for $125. Make sure to take a look at the Duck Roast, it’s what jumps out at us.

Where: Rasika West End
Highlights: Similar to Rasika, a three-course menu is available from 5:30pm-8pm for $55 or with wine pairings for $85.  A four-course menu is available from 8pm-close, the menu will cost $85 and can include the wine pairing option for $125. Don’t fall victim to ignoring the Crab Chili Garlic.

Where: Daikaya
Highlights: There are two seating options for the holiday meal, both include a glass of Champagne for a total of $75. The first from 5pm-8pm, and the second from 8:30pm-10:30pm. Each diner will see a menu that includes Lil Bites, Lil Bites Round 2, Green Things, Fish and Meat Things, Skewers, Rice Things, and Dessert. The ramen shop will be open from 11:30am-10pm on New Year’s Eve.

Where: Lupo Verde
Highlights: Two seating options are available, first from 5pm-6pm (al la carte menu), and second for those who dine after 6pm get their choice of 5 items off the a la carte menu for $95, or a pre-selected six-course menu for a special price along with a Champagne toast at midnight.

Where: Old Ebbitt Grill
Highlights: Regular hours will apply with entrĂ©es ranging from $16.95-$27.95. They will also be hosting a New Year’s Eve dance party with DJ Charity, beginning at 9:30pm for $99 a person. The party will include an open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Where: The Oval Room
Highlights: The four-course prix fixe menu runs from 5:30pm-10pm, and is priced at $85 a person or $125 with wine pairings. Dishes include Pan Seared Foie Gras, Black Cod, and an Apple Crisp for dessert.

Where: nopa Kitchen + Bar
Highlights: Two seating options are available, the first starting at 5pm for the a la carte menu. The second seating option will begin at 8pm, and will offering a three-course prix fixe menu for $75 along with a Champagne toast at midnight. The Chocolate Porter “Bon Bons” have caught our eye on this menu.

Where: The Hamilton
Highlights: Doors will be opening at 7:30pm for the country-rock hits of the Old 97’s. Tickets range from $60-$85 and includes both a Champagne toast and gumbo dinner. Guests can also enjoy a la carte menu options from 6:30pm-7:30pm, with the kitchen closing at 9pm for the show to begin.

Where: Legal Sea Foods
Highlights: All four DC-area locations are offering up their a la carte menus for New Year’s Eve diners. Hours vary slightly between locations, so make sure to call ahead for specific details. For every $200 purchased in gift cards, costumers will receive a lobster dinner on the house!

Where: DBGB
Highlights: Two seating options are available, both an early 5:30pm-7:30pm for the al la carte menu, and a later from 8:30pm-10pm for the $90 four-course prix fixe menu. A DJ will help get you to the midnight Champagne toast and on your way to a great 2015.

Where: America Eats Tavern
Highlights: If you’re in the Tysons area don’t miss the regular and special tasting menu from 4:30pm-10pm at this Ritz-Carlton restaurant.

Where: Jaleo
Highlights: All three DC locations have a special New Year’s Eve menu, starting at 8:30pm, for $90 ($85 in Crystal City and Bethesda). The menu will include Cava and a prix fixe selection of unlimited tapas. Additional entertainment will be present at each location.

Where: minibar
Highlights: If you’re looking for a memorable night this could be the perfect destination. Eater’s 2014 Chef of the Year (Johnny Spero) will be offering two seatings at 6pm ($275) and 9pm ($350 including access to barmini’s celebration). Starting at 9pm, barmini’s party will be highlighted by classic and modern Golden Era Cocktails ($275).

Where: Oyamel
Highlights: If you’re looking for Mexican cuisine, which we commonly are, this prix fixe menu from 5pm-8:30pm ($78) followed by a New Year’s Eve Party from 10:30pm-2am ($95) is the stop for you. With a variety of food and beverage stations the night will range from several classics to feature specials.

Where: Zaytinya
Highlights: One of our favorite places to enjoy Mediterranean will be offering a couple options this New Year’s Eve. Early diners can being at 4:15pm with the regular a la carte menu, with a second seating beginning at 8:45pm and offering either the Classics menu for $70, or the Chef’s Experience for $90. The second-special menu diners will receive party favors, a complimentary midnight toast, live DJ, and a take-home gift from the restaurant to kick off your 2015.
